The Indy Bass Club (IBC) is a non federated bass fishing club with up to 25 teams consisting of a Boater and Co-Angler on each team. Teams fish together all season but are allowed the use of substitutes in the event a team member has a scheduling conflict. See rules for more details on subs.
The club is based mainly on the south side of Indianapolis although we have members from Greencastle, Lizton, Coatsville, Avon, Noblesville, Cicero and Greenfield. The club was formed in 1983 with 4 boats and the original name of the club was Westside Indy Lunker Landers and changed to Indy Bass Club in the late 80's. All Indy Bass Club members share the common interest of bass fishing and conservation and enjoy the competition of tournaments.
We provide a friendly, honest and open environment where your competitors are also your friends. Our members vary from the more experienced angler to newcomers looking to start their fishing career. Indy Bass Club teams consist of husband/wife, father/son, friends and individuals.
