INDY BASS CLUB
The Indy Bass Club (IBC) is a non federated bass fishing club of approximately thirty-four members who share the common interest of bass fishing, friendly competition and preservation of our natural resources. The club is based mainly on southside of Indianapolis, Indiana. The original name of the club was Westside Indy Lunker Landers and changed to Indy Bass Club in the late 80's. Our members vary from the more experienced angler to newcomers looking to start their fishing career. The club was formed in 1983 with 4 boats. Members wanted the competition of tournaments, yet in friendly, honest and open environment where your competitors are also your friends. Our membership consist of husband/wife, father/son, friends and individuals.
$50 per team for membership dues (One time yearly fee). $70 entry fee per boat - per tournament, $10 big bass (optional) and $10 big bass roll over (optional).
75% payout at the ramp and the other 25%to be paid out by cash and/or prizes at end of year.
100% Total Payout Annually.
Daily Big Bass Pot is paid out 100% at ramp.

Morse Reservoir Results Are In
Despite the recent hot weather we got an early morning rain shower that helped usher in some cooler weather for the first half of the day. The rain shower also dramatically helped reduce recreational boat traffic so the main lake was fishable all day. This was the second tournament in a row that all teams weighed in fish. 14 of 14 teams brought 33 total fish to the scale weighing in at 64.16 pounds. Big Bass was 3.31lb turned in by team Smith/Hollis. All teams did a great job taking good care of their fish as there were no dead fish weighed in, that's outstanding considering the water temperature was in the neighborhood of 85 degrees.

After you have your fish weighed grab your fish and step in front of the new IBC Banner to have your picture taken with your days catch. Put your fish back into a bag of water and return them safely to the lake. Photos will be posted on Facebook for all of your friends to see.
Even if you don’t have fish please stay for the weigh-in, 50/50 and the contingency awards. We will draw until all gifts have been awarded so you must be present to win.
